Frequently Asked Questions

We primarily work for small businesses and residences across Rutland, Stamford and surrounding areas.  However, we have the relevant experience to assist larger organisations in both the public and private sectors. 

We charge an hourly fee for our time.  We agree a time limit in advance with the client to avoid any unexpected charges.  Occasionally, we have special offers with a fixed price fee.

We usually invoice in arrears.  With special offers, we wish to be paid in advance.

We're happy to work anywhere on the UK mainland.  However, most of our work is in Rutland, Stamford and surrounding areas.

We're usually in a position to start work an assignment within 10 working days of an order.
